Yes, a cc30 magenta (available from Tiffen in glass, or from Kodak
as a square gel.) works well for me. The FLD filters sold by several
filter makers (I like the Hoya) provide too little filtering for most
flourescents, I find, but are useful when there is some daylight
mixed with the flourescent light.
