Um, nothing, and nowhere - at least during the ceremony...
Flash is usually acceptable during the processional and recessional
(and an on-camera [or on-bracket, if you can stand those dark shadows
under chins...;-] flash is the most useful then), but not during the
ceremony - sorry, but then it is time to struggle with the challenges
of available-light (when there often isn't much...). Fast lenses,
fast film, and a steady hand and/or tripod are in order during
most wedding ceremonies (ask before shooting with flash - it is
distracting, and detracts from the event). Also be cautious about
your movements and locations, for the same reason.
