From B&H, rings are about $15, about $8 from Camera World of Oregon
(their quality is better, but their selection is less). The VCL-ES06
was about $40 from Egghead - I don't know if they still have them.
New fisheyes are about $100, and I pay about $50 for used ones.
You might try looking at camera store's used shelves...
