I suggest doing a side-by-side test of this, using the conditions
I stated in the earlier post - you may save yourself a not
insignificant 2/3rd stop by skipping the medium yellow - and a
bit less, with the light yellow. In controlled testing, I have been
unable to see any significant difference with the medium or yellow
filter on modern panchromatic films unless the sky is a clear blue...
(Perhaps you have bright blue smog...? ;-)
