No, no, do not use that red filter to project the image so you can compose on the photo paper! You will fog the paper! Get rid of that
hang-over from the distant past - it is useless! But do keep that wonderfull hang-over from the past called D-76 - it is a great developer
for almost any film (normal [rated] film speed, sharp image, fine grain,
normal tones and contrast, uncantankerous and easy to use - just plain
nice!). One tip for film developing: keep ALL liquid temperatures the same (for finest grain).
