It is probably the meter - it is unlikely that the shutter speeds would all
be consistently off one stop. The simplest solution (other than resetting
the ASA), is to reset, and leave, the exposure compensation ring at a
position that restores exposures to normal. (It may be incorrectly set now, causing the problem - check it to see if it is at "0".)
