Assuming less than maybe 50 clips or so, opening the tracks
and moving the rubber bands with the shift key and mouse
left button would appear to be easiest... You can also
right-click on the clips, select audio gain, and write in
new values. In both cases, leaving one camera's audio
at 100% reduces the number of tracks that must be adjusted.
Too late, but this would have been much easier if you had
adjusted the overall audio levels before cutting... BTW,
I would *not* advise selecting "normalize" in the gain
settings, since this will randomize the clip average audio levels...
