Um, click on the pointer tool...;-)
Also when shutting-down/reopening the program, the tool
should default to the pointer. BTW, the "double-arrow"
tool is very useful - it grabs everything on the timeline
to its right, allowing you to move things as a group either
direction along the timeline to open and close spaces...
