If the camera has white balance presets, try a combination
of the tungsten preset (blue outdoors) and underexposure.
If the camera has no WB control, almost any filter on the
lens will be WB'd back towards neutral, unless it is strong
enough (too much light-loss, though, through it...). If the
camera does not have any control over exposure, but has
selectable program modes, some of these may give you enough
underexposure (try 'spotlight', or maybe 'moonlight' modes,
if they exist...).
