I would guess that you would be unhappy with the 2X converters - not
great performance until about f16-22 effective aperture...
The TC14A should work well by one stop down (at least it does on the
70-210 mm f4 E, though I have not tried it on the 80-200mm f4).
I have not encountered the "S" converter designation....
