Yes, it is possible (look at a good computer monitor...),
but CRT TVs commonly have serious convergence
problems (as do misadjusted projection TVs) - which is
why I never buy a TV unseen, and I ONLY buy the "floor"
demo model, and only if it is a partucularly good one for
convergence and distortion (another common problem...).
