Hmmm, I think he was trying to make a point with which I would
agree... Most contest or jury selection/comments will tend to
elevate/select the cliche/safe/known-type of photography and
ignore/downrate the original/daring/new and/or really good...
To submit work for judging to camera clubs, contests, and the
like is to invite, alas, that reaction to your work...
