Um, no-o-o-o.......!!!
Wiping an SLR mirror with a cloth will just about guarantee scratches,
and unless the viewing screen is removeable, blowing into the camera
VF will just about guarantee that unremoveable (without a repair)
dust will be driven to the top side of the VF screen, producing all
those black spots and threads one too often sees in camera VF's...
Also, modern SLR shutters do NOT take kindly to being blown on...
