In still-photo I used to "rant-'n'-rail" against
"canned air", and here is my chance again...;-)
Why pay real money for cans of compressed gas and
the nozzle, and be stuck replacing the cans, possibly
damaging the ozone layer (regardless of what it
says on the can...), and, if you tilt the can,
possibly gunking-up with goo what you are trying
to clean??? Especially when there is a cheap,
effective, durable, easily-packed, and safe
alternative. Buy a large hand air syringe from a
photo dealer (not one of the puny "bulbs-with-a-
brush-on-the-end"). These are about 5" long,
can deliver a real blast of air, are powered by
hand, never run out of gas, cost only about $5
total, and can even be used as padding material
in the camera bag...
