If you intend to use a perspective-control lens, I would recommend
the Nikon F3. The F3 is unique in being able to meter PC lenses
correctly with the lens shifted, and the viewfinder is accurate, is
easy to focus on any part of the screen, and is undistorted (the pincushion distortion present in virtually all other reflex finders makes it difficult to accurately line-up building verticals with the edge of the frame, though grid screens can help [and I recommend using one in the F3 as well]).
