You can find critical reviews of variants of all the above,
with frame-grabs, descriptions of motion-video appearance,
and sound comments (PD100+TRV900, PD150=VX-2000), at:

Easy answer on this one, though: VX-2000/PD-150, for
best picture sharpness with fewest negative artifacts,
best AF, and with best low-light ability...
Oooops! There is one exception, though: the
VX-2000 can show some peculiar vertical banding in
evening dark skies that are not quite black
(these don't show with black night skies...).
