I seem to remember referring you to my mini-DV camcorder
shootout (on my web page, under "I babble", but if not,
it is there...). It includes frame-grabs from 5 different
situations, including "too-low-light". For those who have
visited it in the past, there is recent new material on
sound, plus two samples of the TRV-900 (what I would go
with, for the above, unless you have a steady hand [the
PC-1 with the stabilizer turned off is decent in mid-level
{bright interior} light, and it is smaller than the
PC-100]).
