There isn't any. Silly, isn't it? You have four options:
release manually, release manually but use the self-timer,
use the MR-3 switch converter and a conventional cable release,
or use the Nikon electronic cable release (expensive). With
the data back, you can also use AF trap-focus to fire the
camera when a moving subject comes into focus...
