Make an image in 640x480-proportion (allowing for
TV-safe area...) of anything you want in a photo-editor
or drawing program, with a key-color in the area you
want to see video image, import it into Premiere, place
on V2 or above, stretch it out to be where you want it,
set transparance, and render it (preview with "Alt"
key scrubbing to see if you got the alignments right,
and use the "motion" tool to shift things about, if
not...).
