Check the camcorder audio selections in it's menus - it
should be "16-bit" rather than "12-bit"... If set at
12-bit, the frequency response is limited to 32kHz; if
set at 16-bit, the frequency response should be set
at "48kHz", not "44kHz" in Premiere...
