I've had this happen several times a minute (rarely), or not
at all in 9.5-minute captures (generally). Probably the average
is about once in every 30-35 minutes of capture. I use the
VX-1000 and DPS Spark card, and the pulse is always one frame
wide, full amplitude, negative side only... It is easily removed
by cutting it out of the audio track and substuting a copied
audio frame of similar sound. I'm also curious about the cause
and prevention... (Is it caused by tape drop-out? There is no
picture disturbance at the same time...)
