Have you tried changing the audio interleave numbers?
(With the Spark card and Spark ver. 2 software [the
most stable version for me], an audio frame interleave
number of "4" on record, "2" in P-4.2 or "1" in P-5.1
for editing/playback works best for me - but the
numbers may be different for you...)
