Any good basic photo book would help - aperture and
shutter-speed are the same for stills and video
(though the amount of control options for video are
far more limited), and gain is somewhat equivilant to
film-speed (with higher-sensitivity film having more
grain and worse color, though these effects are more
exaggerated for video gain...).
