Premiere itself can stretch, bend, move, etc. text - use the
motion tool, and combine it with filters on the text, transparency,
etc.. If you are careful with the text fonts and styles, and with the
key types and colors used, the results can look quite good. There
are also inexpensive external 3-D text programs that work well,
offered by Ulead, Crystal Graphics, etc.
