I generally like B&H as a supplier, and I generally dislike
Tiffen as a filter-maker, but B&H often supplies the
inferior, poorly-machined "Bowers" adapter rings unless you
request the slightly more expensive, but considerably
better Tiffen. Male-male rings (mostly same-size, though)
are common in some thread sizes (they are used in still
photography to mount one lens on another face-to-face for
high-magnification macro work), so you may be able to
find combinations of a few rings that will work. I think
the www.bhphotovideo.com site lists all their available
rings, and they do ship internationally...
