Ah, so you don't want to hear about better, and
perhaps cheaper, camera solutions, huh...? ;-)
As for video-to-film transfers (should you be able
to raise the considerable funds needed...), I hear
NTSC interlaced works pretty well, and if your work
never reaches film-transfer, you are left with
TV-viewable material (which is higher-quality shot
non-PS-mode, and shot with cameras that produce
better image quality...).
