Try pressing on the meter cell while metering - if this
works (only while pressing), disassembly and cleaning the
contact edge of the cell (under the clear bubbly cover)
should do it. Treat it carefully - these are still
excellent meters, even by today's standards (and they
don't have as much color error as most current meters).
