I find it useful to clip on a few layers of air-conditioner
replacement foam to the VX-2000 mic - it makes it *really*
wind-insensitive!.

It is compressed in neither, but others know more (see
related current thread) about the specifics of combination
with the picture - and it appears there are slight differences here...
