Hmmm, 2 degrees is hard to see in most finders due to the pincushion
distortion of the finders (the frame edge appears straight-sided, but
isn't - the grid will show the pincushion distortion). It is possible
to adjust slightly the rotation of the grid screen in your camera when
installing it (check first the focus at left and right screen edges
to see if they agree - if they do, and infinity-focus is correct, the
screen frame was probably not damaged by the original mis-installation
of the screen). Another possibility (which I have encountered) is that
the VF mask is rotated (a straight grid screen will appear rotated) - I
always check for this when I buy a camera by lining up a subject line
as best I can (given finder and lens linear distortions) along the
whole width of the top or bottom of the VF screen. When you look at the
film itself (not a print or mounted slide), the line should be nearly
parallel with the edge of the film frame.
