The key is above, "when i re-export it to the dv camcorder
and play it using svideo output is perfect as the original".
The computer view of the captured footage is not necessarily
representative of the footage, depending on codec quality
(hardware overlay helps here), differences in monitor-TV
gamma-color-resolution, interlace-vs-noninterlace
motion-differences, etc. You are trying to play video
recorded in one medium on a playback device that is
intended for a different (though related...) medium...
