Yes and no...
With moderate-color filters like many color-correction filters,
the TTL metering is close enough. With strong sharp-cut filters,
like those for B&W, there is often considerable TTL meter error
(as there can also be when only an area of the subject is metered
that is a uniformly pure color). BTW, you may find that the FLD
still leaves a green cast in slides when there is no daylight
mixed with the flourescent light (with color negatives or B&W,
the filter is often not needed, and a 2/3rd stop increase in
exposure with the color negative can result in good prints).
Try a cc30Magenta if the light is entirely from flourescents.
