There is a way to use the TTL flashes on the
FE-2 with TTL fill-ratio: set the ASA high
by the fill-ratio amount, and read the meter
(match-needle, in manual mode) low by the
fill-ratio amount. (As in, with 200 ASA and
one stop TTL flash underexposure for fill,
set the ASA on the camera to 400 and read
the aperture opposite the next lower shutter
speed from the one used...). Keep in mind
the FE-2 maximum useable TTL ASA of
400-500, though...
