The PD150/VX2000 also use "HAD" chips, which is where
some of its good low-light performance comes from (the
rest is the larger CCD size [1/3rd inch vs. 1/6th inch{?},
a rather great difference in area], and the difference
in CCD pixel count and resultant pixel size...).
