"Normal" shutter speed with the Sony TRV-9 and several other
Sony models using a similar CCD and DIS is 1/100th with the
stabilizer engaged, 1/60th with it disengaged. As a result,
you will notice better color saturation in medium-low light
levels with the stabilizer off...
