You can find the Sony Mini-DV ***imaging types*** compared

better consumer-grade camcorders in low light...

As others have pointed out, it is about 1.5 times the
size of the TRV30, and about the same size as HI-8
Sonys of the past - but it is among the smallest
3-chip Mini-DV camcorders currently available...
