Um, yes, but you may/may-not be pleased with the results...
Most mirrors alone are of marginal optical quality, with only
a very few being sharp. That small number drops considerably when
a converter is added. The only good mirror + TC that I have seen
is the older-style Nikkor 500mm f8 on the TC14/14B, which is
surprisingly good, if amazingly slow... (the Nikkor 2X TC
produces marginal results on this mirror, though I have made
saleable photos with this combination). BTW, there are more
than a few photos on my web page taken with the Nikkor 500 +
TC14 (mostly under "Commercial Photos"), and even one made
of the sun with the TC14 + TC200 that isn't too bad...;-).
