The Nikkor TC's are listed and described at the end of my
Nikkor evaluation list (on my web page, under "I babble").
While the "C" is slightly better on most lenses at the
edges/corners at wide stops, the difference between it
and the TC14/14B is not "like night and day"... I have
owned two of these fairly rare items, and can give you
a lead to follow in e-mail (not cheap, alas...!) if you
are still interested in having one...
