You don't say what set-up you have, how you are trying to do
the playback, and what happens/symptoms... The Spark card and
software is excellent (and the hardware is essentially the same
as several other cards...) - but set-ups can take a bit of doing...
(You may have set capture/Premiere audio-interleave numbers wrong,
you may be trying to use time-line playback instead of AVI playback
list, ETC. Tell us more, if you want suggestions...) I agree DPS
help is rather poor, though (they were ready to give me my money
back for the Spark, when the solution to my problem turned out
to be simple...).
