The CCD is smaller - 1/4.7" instead of 1/4.0"...

It may be interesting - but I'm finding megapixel
video CCDs are not all "gravy"...;-) The image can
be sharper, but the low light range may be more limited,
and the picture may show more annoying levels of
motion artifacts...
