The TRV11/17 are "bottom loaders", but at least the
PC100 (of the PC100/110/120 series) is "side loading".
If you are used to the picture of the TRV20, the
PC5/9-TRV11/17 picture may seem a little soft (and the
PC5/9 also must be removed from a tripod to change
tape. The TRV20 picture should be identical to the
PC100/110 picture, with the PC120 picture identical
to the TRV30 picture (about as sharp, a little warmer
color balance, a little less low-light range, and at
least as much "busy" look on contrasty moving edges...).
