From memory, about 2" long, about 2.5" in diameter,
with a "noticeable" heft...

On the TRV30 it is good at max WA at wide stops, with only
a bit of far corner softening compared with the rest of the
frame; at max tele, it is sharp, but shows some purple-green
color fringing toward the corners with high-contrast edges.
My first sample had a defect that showed as one soft corner
near full tele (that moved with screwing in/out the
converter).

You can make your own - you need only a "lip" that
covers the top to be effective...
