I don't know of a good, cheap, and easy-to-use
shockmount for the MKE-300, but it should be possible
to rig one up. Instead, I use Cool Edit to remove the
"hum" in post (it is easily done - and I prefer to use
the mic simply mounted on the camera [the added mic pad
complicates things enough...;-]). I did try mounting the
mic on a side handle attached to the VX2000 without
much improvement - and handling noises were more of a
problem...
