LOTSA ways...! ;-)
Aside from the obvious of importing a title card from
a graphics program, or the less obvious creating of titles
in 3-D or other title programs and importing them, there is
the Premiere titler (File, New, Title...), which can create
as many panels of text as you want, plus crawls and rolls
(those are harder, but the Help files will lead you through).
You can use any font, color, background color, and 'bout
umpty-'leven different key types (though these don't work
well for clean text over moving video - a DV problem...).
You can get fancy with the simple type and put blurred
type under sharp for halos, offset shadows on double-layer
type for outlines, etc., and can use the motion tool +
filters to get fancy effects (my favorite is the "smokey"
big soft type turning into place as it sharpens at
final size and position...;-). 'Speriment! ;-)
