Have you turned off all other programs, including the
screen-saver and anti-virus? Have you chosen an audio
interleave value, and rendered the video before output?
If you are using the program drive for preview files,
have you de-fragged that drive before rendering the
previews? Do you use a separate drive for video source
material? Is UDMA enabled for all the HDs? Do you have
the right codec selected? Some possibilities, not all
of which may apply since you get analogue output OK...
