It opens..., but having unrendered parametric EQ on a track(s)
can be a problem (more RAM helped me), but I now
avoid the parametric EQ in Premiere and use the graphic
EQ.

Premiere has a LOT of bugs - but I now have my little list
of what they are on my system (and the work-arounds), so
things are not quite so frustrating as they once were
(heck, I hardly ever shout, "Didn't anyone actually USE
this [program...] before selling it!?!?", anymore...;-).
