More: I just tried P-6 with a type I OCHI file, with
the same results - this appears to be a Premiere 6 bug
unrelated to the codec, DV-AVI type, or card used...
BTW, this same effect happens in P-6 with colored
edges with the Canopus Soft Explode transitions, but
not in P-6 without the colored edges, and not in P-5
with or without the colored edges. Darn! Just as I was
getting to like the P-6 key-framing, too (but not the
apparent memory leak and frequent crashing - so far
we have been unable to make P-6 as stable with Win2000(!)
as we have P-5 with Win98-1st(!), another mystery...;-(
