As LS noted, dual monitors allow a better layout of
Premiere. For screen-grab examples of a P-5 dual-17"
1152x864-res layout, with full-sized preview window,
see: www.David-Ruether-Photography.com/multi-camera.htm. BTW,
the left monitor (with the hardware preview overlay
from the Raptor) is set lower-contrast/higher-brightness
than usual to better match what a TV would look like...
