The PD150/VX2000 is newer than the PD100/TRV900, larger,
heavier, in some ways more awkward to handle, and with
a smaller side-panel finder - but the standard VF is
better, the picture is sharper, the low-light ability
is better, and the mic is better. If you shoot
mainly distant subjects in good light, you may see
little difference between them; if you shoot in small
room interiors in moderately low light, the image
quality difference will be quite noticeable...
