Well, the PC9 is a very nice camera, but
so, too, are the PC101 and PC120 - and
all three produce images that "look"
different, with advantages/disadvantages
for each... The PC101 image type is not
represented (though from what I've seen,
I like it a lot...;-), but the other two
are, at

Sony offers a range of three 1-CCD imaging
types, with the PC9 representing the
"smooth-but-unexciting" end (possibly best
for the casual user...), to the "very-
sharp-but-often-irritating" PC120
(possibly best for those able to maximize
its advantages while minimizing its
problems, but mebbe it's not the best
choice for casual use...), with the newer
PC101 offering a good "in-betweener"
compromise... The IP55 is another matter
entirely, and I would avoid it.
