The PC-1 is smaller than the PC-100 (and it may have
better video performance, from what I hear, due to
the larger pixels - though I've also heard good comments
on the PC-100 picture...). There is a review of the
PC-1 (and other mini-DV camcorders) on my web page,
under "I babble". BTW, due to its VERY small size, I
find a "pistol-grip" approach to holding the PC-1
(which leaves the "trigger" finger available for
zooming...) better than trying to grip the camcorder
in a more usual way...
